WALK-INS ARE WELCOME, BUT AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

ALL CLIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE PRIORITIZED OVER WALK-IN CLIENTS.


IF YOU CANNOT REACH US DURING CLOSED HOURS, PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL OR CALL BACK DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (MONDAY - SATURDAY, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM).

  • IF SERVICES ARE NOT SCHEDULED, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.
  • THE ONLY TIME WE CAN MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR NAIL ART IS BEFORE YOUR HANDS HAVE BEEN CURED UNDER THE GEL MACHINE. IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED AFTER LEAVING THE SALON, YOU MUST BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT TO FIX OR CHANGE THE ART. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • SERVICES ARE PERFORMED ONE AFTER THE OTHER. IF YOU PREFER SERVICES TO BE DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY, PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE.

REFUNDS & REPAIRS POLICY



WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICES.


If you are unhappy with your service, please inform us before you pay or leave the salon. We will adjust your service to the best of our ability at that time or remove anything you are unsatisfied with.


[PLEASE NOTE]


  • The only time we can make changes to your nail art is before your hands are cured under the gel machine. If you are not happy after leaving the salon, you must book a new appointment to fix or change the art. No exceptions.


COMPLIMENTARY REPAIR & FIX


  • Applies to acrylics, Apres Gel-X, hard gel, gel manicures, and dip powder within 7 days of your initial service date.
  • After 7 days, repairs will start at $5+ per repair


DISCLAIMER

 

 Every technician provides a unique experience and pricing, but the quality of service will always remain our top priority.
If you enjoyed your service with a specific technician, we recommend re-booking with them for future appointments. Please note that we cannot guarantee the same experience or pricing with a different technician. 

LATENESS POLICY

 

 The grace period for lateness is 15 minutes.


Any client who arrives late to their appointment voids our nail enhancement guarantee and will not be eligible for our 7-day repair policy if they exceed the 15-minute grace period.
